Emergency technical support is available 24/7/365 for urgent matters. Urgent, after-hours support requests may incur a higher support charge. Off-hours support is not for training, installation, answering general questions, user group set up, configuration etc. A ticket classified as urgent should meet the criteria of a system or component being inoperable, negatively affecting patient care.Note: Requests made through this system may incur charges according to the terms of your support contract.
