OnePacs live support is available to supported customers during OnePacs’ business hours. Emergency technical support is available 24/7/365 for urgent matters. Urgent, after-hours support requests may incur a higher support charge. Non-urgent inquires will be addressed during the next working day. Off-hours support is not for training, installation, answering general questions, user group set up, configuration etc. A ticket classified as urgent should meet the criteria of a system or component being inoperable, negatively affecting patient care.

All OnePacs users are welcome to use the free online documentation and request free assistance through the help forums.

Password Resets:

If for some reason you are unable to perform the password reset workflow (click "Forgot your password?" on the login page), please contact your radiology group's help desk. For security reasons, OnePacs is only able to perform a password reset on the primary account administrator after verification of identity. OnePacs Support will not reset passwords for general user accounts.

Onepacs support
